Recently, we installed a powerful little Magnolia tree in the middle of our front yard.

Intrepid Bud
I’m currently watching the progress of this intrepid little development, and will make updates as we go. My wife found Magnolias already blossoming last week in Sacramento, and we know that plants blossom at different times at different altitudes (we’re at around 2600 feet). We’re watching, then, to see if this brave little tree will rise above its recent transplant trauma and produce the wonder of a Magnolia blossom.
